I'm a permanent resident and I applied for my wife's sponsorship(outland application from India) this January, and the application got returned citing that we had missed the country specific document so we added the document and sent back the application in April which got delived on April 18th 2019. Now I'm worried if my application would be retuned again citing that the PCC has expired. I got the PCC on Nov 11th, 2018 and It was not expired when the application was delivered(April 18th, 2019). So my question, do they check the validity of the application when they had received or when they start to process the application?
Can you guys share some insight?
