NICOP before immigration

Hello everyone..
My sister canadian sponsorship application is under process in visa office london..
She has an issue regarding NICOP..( national identity card for overseas pakistani)
My father made her NICOP before her immigration to canada.. so, now she has a NICOP before she get the canadian visa. My question is that because of this NICOP will there any issue be creats in visa process..

Not an issue and CNIC is not mandatory in country specific requirements for Pakistani applicant. Even if you submit, the identity is issued by Pakistani Authorities and Canadian ones have nothing to do with it other than validate it.

But if canadian authorities validate it.. and they'll come to know that my sis have NICOP before she get the canada visa than will there any issue after that? As, her NICOP shows her residential address is same as his husband's canadian address.

Guess you need to consult a lawyer who deals with cases from Pakistan. This is technical and needs expert/professional advise.
