Hi,

I have filled out the IMM5669 form, saved, validated. I have 2 questions about it :

1. There is no Code generated after the validation.
2. There is no column for hand signatures.
3. Which is the latest version of that form - I found November 2018 to be the latest.

Anybody else has similar experience?

Thanks.
it has been said like 2000 times that this form does not generate a validation code, it just says validated "yes" on top
There is no column for hand signatures, you just type the applicant's name, validate, print and then hand sign next to the name
You are using the latest version

As per his earliest Post #3452 on May 2nd @karthikramda 's application was delivered on April 26th, making him the first person on the tracker along-with @guyfromtoronto & @Usernametaken999. Did you guys also receive AoR today?

This also looks like the first come first serve approach. If we follow a linear pattern, you can calculate the number of days to your AoR based on this. It will of course be approximate, but at least it gives some indication...

@zeiesfirdaus No AOR yet.

Hello
I have very important question
I sent all the documents to India for mom to signed them and send back to me. Hopefully I will receive them in next couple of days.
I was checking the forms last night and found some mistakes if i will correct them and validate the forms again and print them. Can I replace the signature papers(forums) with the one my mom sent or not. Do we have any bar codes for every single paper ?
Someone from other group called CIC for this and they said that number on the bottom doesn't matter. You can just use that sign page with newly validated application.

And what is interesting is Karthikramada accepted several mistakes in his package like 1) Pictures are self printed and not stamped by studio 2) Forgot to include sponsorship done by wife 3) Missed signature on representative form. In the end it seems all worked out and he got the AOR. :)
all i can say this guy must have been backed by PMO office lol if after all these mistakes his file was not returned. My frnd got his mothers visitor visa application returned just because he dint put not applicable in blank fields. Oh God

Yes, this is correct. I confirmed this with CIC Agent as well. I had the same issue, I had to make some changes to the forms (post signatures).
As long as the Barcodes are latest and the page with signature can be replaced.

That will not be possible, when you validate the form it generates the Code. There is number at the bottom of each page which is generated when you validate , that has to be same on all the pages. I you just replace the signed page then the number on signed page will be different then the rest of the form.

Correct & Incorrect

There is number at the bottom of each page which is generated when you validate CORRECT , that has to be same on all the pages. NOT REQUIRED. I TALKED TO A CIC AGENT AND CONFIRMED THIS. I HAD A SIMILAR ISSUE. AS LONG AS THE BARCODES MATCH WITH THE INFORMATION YOU SHOULD BE GOOD.
If you just replace the signed page then the number on signed page will be different then the rest of the form. CORRECT, BUT THIS IS FINE.

Please feel free to validate this information that I have provided by speaking to an actual CIC Agent. At the end of the day, this is your application.

Did he Sign the docs and resend all these things?

it worked for me.
It's fine. As long as you have an explanation letter you should be fine. The DOB for my grandparents (Both maternal and paternal are deceased) was unknown. Which is fine as in 1900s dobs were not recorded properly and neither required.

Makes total sense...

PGP is commitment from Govt and they are doing all that they can to get the applicants through the process. Especially as this year is an election year.

On the other hand, there is no requirement from the Govt to actually make sure that all Visitor Visa applicants get a Visitor Visa. The officers have all the right to be strict. That said, the missing "NA in all fields" as a reason for rejecting the application sounds like the Case Officer got up on the wrong side of the bed...
