Hi everyone, I am in the process of filing the application for my mother's PR - have a confusion regarding her Birth Certificate.
Do we have to submit her Birth Certificate ??? or just my birth certificate will be enough to prove my relationship with her ?
Just yours. You only need Mom's birth cert if you are sponsoring your maternal granparents as well.

Hello All,

I have a confusion regarding IMM 5669 form. Do we need to include travel history as well under section 6 Personal history of this form? My parents are retired from past 10 years. But have traveled to Canada, Germany, and USA once.
I have read different answers in this thread. Some have included travel history in this form by adding more rows, while some have included a separate travel log sheet, and some have just not included anything at all in the package as IRCC usually ask for travel history form later on.
Is there any concrete answer for this? If someone can please clear this confusion for me, will really appreciate it.

Thanks Everyone and Goodluck!

No concrete answer. You can do all of that. In my package prepared by the immigration law firm, they did not include travel history information. We just indicated where my parents had been living the last 10 years. Both have been retired for more than 10 years.

Good morning, I have a question about the processing fee here. If I am only applying for my mom, I do not need to pay the processing fee for my dad if he is not coming to Canada, correct?
Even though, I need to fill out all the information required for my dad because he is my mom's spouse. Can anyone please help me confirm if this is correct? Thank you!
Unfortunately you can't apply just for your mother, you have to apply for your Mother and Father. So you will have to pay a fee for both of them.

For proving your relationship with your Mom, you just need to provide your birth certificate. Her birth certificate is not required, but a copy of her passport will be required.

Hello
I have very important question
I sent all the documents to India for mom to signed them and send back to me. Hopefully I will receive them in next couple of days.
I was checking the forms last night and found some mistakes if i will correct them and validate the forms again and print them. Can I replace the signature papers(forums) with the one my mom sent or not. Do we have any bar codes for every single paper ?
change the information and validate it.
attach already sign page with new pages.
BUT MAKE SURE, there is number generate at the bottom of each page with the form number.
that number should be the same in all of the pages.

Hello Everyone,
I am applying for my parents. Also my wife's application is already under processing. I live in Quebec where the income requirements for sponsorship are bit complicated. It takes into account the fact whether there is already a previous undertaking by the sponsor. The electronic calculator gives me an amount of 75k. Does that make sense? For rest of Canada, I would need around 58k to 60k over past 3 years. I find it strange since Quebec is supposed to have lenient income requirements.
