Not here in the US, Hard to get dates and IELTS results come in late and there's still no sign of Computer based test here.
Bank certificate, you get it immediately. Not sure about the wait.

I just realized it’s the online service that would be unavailable!

Somehow, it makes sense that it would be related if that’s when the draw will take place. They put the system down for maintenance in order to avoid many applications submitting and withdrawing from the pool while making the selection. But since draws happen on Wednesday, that would be highly unlikely no?

I thought the maintenance takes place on the scores page. Can anyone confirm if the online system is always down during/prior to a draw?

Until now it has been a good indicator of an impending draw. Almost always, the maintenance notice has been succeed by a draw.

Lemme give you more clarity.

I have been waiting since Jan 30th draw and noticing before every draw, the maintenance notice is up on Tuesday. This has been a great sign for all of us whenever CIC is conducting FSW draw on Wednesday and this notice is always up before a draw happens on Wednesday.

So, this maintenance is scheduled if there is a FSW draw on Wednesday.

Hope this makes sense!
