Hello good folks, if I could ask your advice once again,
I am Canadian married to a Thai and we are applying (outland) for her PR as my spouse.
The same day we registered our marriage, we had the Marriage Certificate translated. That was 24 May 2018.
The certified translation incorrectly states the date of marriage as 24 October 2018. However the document is also stamped by the Thai Ministry Of Foreign Affairs with the date 24 May 2019.
I would like to know , can this document can be used with this error?
If yes , would I be required to include a letter of explanation with it?
Your advice is much appreciated!
thanks
~Brian
