I'm trying to call them on the phone and I can't talk to an agent at this time... I'm not getting a message to leave my phone number too...
same here I just did like 10 mins. ago, I guess they're swamped!!! hopefully they're working on the earlier applicants first
Yes not easy but you need to try again, yesterday i tried 7 times till I reach them...
Around what time did you contact then? And what province? I'm in Alberta so time might be different. Thank you
I got the decision made on April 8th, 2019, Dec 18th, 2017 BCPNP applicant with 1 dependent. I did call CIC few times and they said your application has been approved but we don't know when you will get your PPR, you are still under 19th months timeline. Can anybody know why I M NOT GETTING PPR?
that might be it, I noticed application for single applicants are faster than us who has dependents.
possibly because they're only processing 1 application, 1 background check, 1 medical, etc.. or it could be because my work permit expires May 28th
that could be too, did you apply for a work permit renewal? mine is expiring next month and I applied for renewal hoping they would reopen my application
I did but they said I didn't send a copy of my nomination certificate. Pretty sure I did but probably didn't get uploaded correctly or they just didn't pay attention!! they denied my application. I re-applied again on the same day
i had same issue a year ago, i submit my certificate in a wrong place so they refuse my application, I call them in the same day I got refused and they found it, after few days I got approved!
really? omg! idk how they work in CIC, I am almost losing my patience waiting, but good for you that you got your PPR
