Hi,
I came to Vancouver in 2016 as a student and was going through the course, I got through with my first semester and halfway through the second one, Firstly I was a lot confused about everything and the new environment due to which I started lagging behind in my academics and did not continue the studies, Honestly due to homesickness and bit of depression.

And I totally messed up things for myself

I just left studies fully and exhausted all my funds, and worked a bit, and also I owe around 3-4K of various bills.

Also since my father back in the home country got in surgery twice, I was unable to get any financial help from my parents meanwhile, I tried to get re-admission and figure out things again, but they did not work out and also I was about to run out of my Visa, so without getting anything done or paying my bills, I came back to my home country.

So my questions are:
  • That can I re-apply for a student visa in any other college in order to go through with my degree from my home country?
  • And how much are the chances of getting the visa refused?
  • I am very much willing to pay off everything I owe in Canada
  • I really want to work things out and I am totally prepared this time unlike before.
Please guide me.

Thank you

I really appreciate your time for reading my query

Yes you can apply for new visa, no one can know what your chances are, you might need to address why you didn't complete last time in your letter.

Your debts dont wont matter to immigration.

Thank you for reverting back.

I am going to apply for the next fall very soon, and start over things again, and really hope this time everything goes amazing.

After being home sick and bit of depression you might go through the same phase, so first thing is to make your mind ready, there are so many other student who goes through the same phase as your. and yes you can apply for visa again but will have to explain in detail SOP why you went back during your study course.
