Hello. I'm submitting my application offline. So I want to know how much application fee I should pay. VFS Global which is only VAC in my country requesting same amount as me for my wife's spousal open work permit and my son, which is around 1300 RMB each person. Is it right ? I thought wife's application fee should be around 100 dollar for TRV + 150 dollar for Work permit compared to student visa's 150 dollar fee.

The fees you have to pay are given by IRCC, not VFS. Any additional services you take from VFS is charged by them, and it is listed on their website.
