hello everyone. Just a question. My husband just received the letter requesting him to do a medical exam for our sponsorship application. How long after the medical exam does it take for them to finally accept him into Canada?

Plan on about one year from the date your application was received at CIC to approval. Timescales vary HUGELY depending on:
Nationality
Visa office
Completeness of application
Request for further information
etc.etc.
Some are as quick a 2 / 3 months, others can take 2 / 3 years, but a good AVERAGE is 12 months.
