I agree with you, my eligibility has been on review required since feb 2019 because they couldn't verify my canadian employment. However in the last week of April I was asked to submit schedule A and it says "in order to make a decision, submit it". I thought it was a good sign and I was going to get my PR but a week later I received my gcms notes that I ordered a month earlier and I was devasted from it. obviously it was a false hope haha.
I was asked for same back when I passed medicals in November, then my case was left to collect dust for 5 months lol

No what bothered me more is that they asked me for Schedule A end of April, and medical was passed in feb!! like why leaving me for 2 more months, asking me for Schedule A while still there's a possibility of being rejected because of the employment verifications!! I am so furious

Hi all,

I recently filed a web query and the following generic response is what I got:

Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.

Often, delays in the processing of an application are out of our control as some processing steps require coordination with external authorities.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verifications are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.

Delays in the processing of visa applications are always frustrating to all concerned. We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum.

Has anyone gotten the same email and if so, how much longer (after the initial 6 months wait) did you have to wait to get PPR?

Thanks in advance for any responses.

I think your application is approved two weeks ago when ADR changed to NA and only scheduling of landing interview is left - which can take time.

Call up CIC and ask them if application is "approved". If it is, then you can rest easy as only formality of sending landing interview date will be left.
Thank you, actually I called today and was told security is not started..I'll probably raise a CSE once I hit the 6 months tommrow
