Please advise I’m confused

hi guys

So we did receive a procedural fairness letter on April 23 and we were given 30 days to respond to it .. we did mail them all the documents they wanted yesterday

Today I wake up and I find a pre arrival latter in our gckey account

What does that mean ?
I’m sure they did not read the documents we send them yet .. im confused

The fairness letter was very serious and now it’s pre arrival ??

Can someone explain what does prearrival exactly mean

Pre-arrival services letters are sent to pretty much every applicant unless they are refused prior. This could mean either that IRCC have begun processing your application again after receiving your additional information following from the PFL, or that it was just the time that the pre-arrival services letter would normally have been sent for your application anyways.

We are over the one year limit as well

It's not a limit, it's an average processing time for normal applications.

Your application is considerably beyond normal - you received a procedural fairness letter because the visa officers doubted your marriage was genuine. Your personal profile is also sufficiently complicated to be extremely difficult to process.

There is no timeline when responding to a PFL. Your case will be processed when it is processed. I hope it will be soon, but be aware that the complicated nature of your case is enough to make it take quite some time.
