Can Use Supervisor NOC code while my job title is Engineer?

I am an Engineering graduate outside Canada
My current position is Production Engineer and I do several duties listed on NOC 2141
But I do almost every duty listed on Supervisors NOC codes 92xx
Can I use those supervisor NOC codes as we can't start straight as Engineer in Canada

Job titles don't matter.
Your duties in the work letter need to match the ones in the selected NOC.
