Hi there ,I am planning to apply citizenship for my wife this month but she dont have IELTS certificate ..can I use her secondary school certificate instead of IELTS..pls guide

You can if the secondary school education was all in English and you can prove the same. It's not enough if it was in another language and she only took an English course.

From the IRCC website :

Did you or do you attend a secondary or post-secondary program in English or French?
The program can be in or outside Canada.

If you did, send a copy of proof that you completed or are attending a program with your application. Proof can be your:

• diploma
• transcript
• certificate

Your proof must be in English or French. If it’s in another language, you must also send a certified English or French translation. The translation should show that the language of instruction of the program was English or French

What did you use for the PR language requirements? Or did you go through a route that didn’t require that?

I have done Bachelors of Engineering in English language.
Will degree & marksheet work as proof in English as nowhere mentioned that English is a medium of study ??

I used my 10+2 marksheet as proof of english proficiency and my file was accepted. So you can do that

Depending on the her country of origin, the marksheet of her final school year should suffice. Indian schools have 12th grade as the final school year before we goto college

Do we need to send photocopy of two personal id or one is enough because in checklist it only says one that must have your name, photo and date of birth on it. Even we do not need to send copies of Notice of assessments for the previous years because we authorize IRCC to examine the tax information I am right friends please let me know.
