So, what is your advice to me?
Would also look at the status of the job market and salaries. There is a general downward trend and definitely some talk of actually enforcing the ban on the generic drug company professional/marketing fee. You may not feel like spending the time and money is worthwhile.

Recommend you do some research. Have no idea whether you were a practicing pharmacist in your country and what your plans are for Canada. Pharmacy jobs have changed dramatically over 15 years from graduating with a job and a signing bonus to a much lower starting salary plus difficulties finding good full-time jobs. Lots of variability between the provinces as well. The number of graduating pharmacy students probably doubled from 25 years ago so there is a surplus of pharmacists available. We haven’t even added international graduates. Pharmacists are getting more responsibilities so hopefully that will add some more revenue. We will also have to see if the drug prices and reimbursement change and whether the generic drug “professional”/“markrpeting” fee is actually eliminated.

Like anyone who is wanting to immigrate to Canada, you should look whether jobs are available, how much they pay, what’s the cost of living in each area.

Thanks!
Do you stay in Canada ?

Oh good.
Maybe you could have some ideas about the cost of living, job availability and how much they pay.

Google. Also look at current job posting for approximate current salaries. You can look on realtor sites to look at the approximate cost of housing. Google is you friend.
