Applied For Tourists Vaisa With Family

Hello ,

I applied tourist Visa from Karachi/Pakistan .

Wr are Valid Vasia of USA with my All Family member . Total member is 8 .

Please note that my family already visited USA in last ten year .

We applied Visa Through Online Applications but CIC reject my Application with the following reason .

I am not Satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as Temporary residence. as a stipulated in Paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and your country of residence.

I am not satisfied you will leave Canada at end of your stay Temporary residence .as a stipulated in Paragraph 179 (b) of the IRPR. Based on your purpose of visit .

We don't have any family members in Canada please note that we only apply 3 days going from USA to Ontario

It will be extraordinarily difficult with a family of 8, all of which are applying. You need to demonstrate significant ties to your home country - ties that would make you return home.

Ok we understand Sir but All business and my property are already declared in application we only visit to explore Nature beauty .
So can we reapply.

If not, you should do that this time and apply for a Canadian visa for your next trip.

There is always the option of skipping the 3 days of the trip and staying for 3 more days in the US. Why does your whole family need to visit Canada for 3 days? You don’t have family in Canada so you don’t need to visit Canada.

If not, you should do that this time and apply for a Canadian visa for your next trip.
