I just would like to ask if there is something similar to a pre-arrival services program for Canadian citizens that haven't lived in Canada?

I will move to Canada with my Canadian spouse who was born and raised in Germany.

What does pre arrival means? How this program works? Please explain

There is an app called Arrival Advisor, which I think is in both the App Store and the Google Play Store. It's free and it can be used for anyone immigrating to Canada. Not sure if this helps, but it's super easy to download and check out.
