It’s a waste of time to call IRCC Contact Centre for trivial matters, i.e. ‘most’ matters.

True and i wander what the use to have them when they can check only what we see in our Ecas...waste of tax payers money...yesterday saw in news montreal..all the complains and also having problem getting the line etc..backlog...

Absolutely, they cannot tell what you don't know neither can guide other than asking you to wait for few weeks, what a waste of resource.
