Ah well, that is a small business, so my duties also included the storage is always clean and secure. Moreover we work in food industry, so that make sense while a supervisor has to keep an eye on those thing.
You are calling yourself a supervisor, so why you didn't choose a supervisor NOC?

If I understood you correctly, you report to a small store manager. I believe this wholesale managers are managers in big companies. I guess you could argue that you have a manager title, but realistically your position seems to be more equivalent to a supervisor position in bigger companies. Even then, I believe it depends on how many people you supervise. Sorry, don't mean to offend, just my opinion.

I do have a Bachelor of Business Administration, 2 years experience as an Assitant store manager of a pawnshop back home.
I got Marketing diploma in Canada.
I worked as a Cashier part-time at food store during school. And worked full time there as an assistant store manager at the same store after finish school.

Is it qualify? Can I make an appeal for this case?
It seems to me that you were unable to convince the officer that you are capable of handling a managerial role.

How big is the food store?

“I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because you have not demonstrated with the job duties provided that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational descriptions of the National Occupational Classification, as well as a substantial number of the main duties, including all essential duties, as set out in the National Occupational Classification as required in Ministerial Instruction 15(4)(b).”
Your work experience letter is the reason for the refusal. You didn't provide them with a solid job description, instead you gave them job duties that also matches with another noc

You just answered your question regarding the refusal.

Your role in the store was more of a supervisor whereas you submitted a job description matching the duties of Assistant Manager.

I don’t know what could make them reopen my application.
I doubt your application will be reopened since this not an error from IRCC end. Sorry not what you wanted to hear.

Their refusal is correct since you provided them an experience letter of wrong noc. Your correct noc is store supervisor.

Submit new application with the correct noc this time.

Hi guys,

My GCMS note said Eligibility Recommend Pass. And there’s nothing in the note said any problem with my work experience in Canada.

However I got refusal because the officer is not satisfied with my work duties in Canada. That’s why my application got refused.

What can I do with that? Look for new job?
So Sorry to hear about your refusal....Well you have few options as per what I think:

1) Hire a lawyer right away and get him/her to take immigration to court. If it is NOC based rejection you will win the case in first date hopefully based on a previous case - https://www.immigration.ca/fr/song-v-canada-citizenship-and-immigration. How do I know? well I talked to a lawyer in Canada myself as my notes say 'eligibility not met' for NOC Mismatch...Lawyer said immigration can not reject a case based on NOC if you take them to court...He quoted me $5000 for 1 court date all inclusive but I am sure you can find someone cheaper....

2) Request your case to be re-opened. I have done a lot of analysis on Canadavisa forum for re-opening requests and it seems most of them were accepted. The only ones that were not accepted were cases of misrepresentation (which is not your case)...So definitely give it a go....

Also if your lawyer decides to file an appeal in federal court, he/she can request notes and receive them within 5 days as opposed to taking 30 days for general notes.

All the best Man!!!!
