So I just realized that I forgot to mention one travel to another country during my Study Permit and Work permit applications. I wasn't really paying attention much to the details back then. Now, when I am applying for PR I want to mention this one travel in the travel history section. Would this create a problem that I never mentioned it in my previous applications?

Use CIC Web Form. I did forget my us visa refusal and raised a form, and so far nothing is going wrong with my application

Hope this helps.

I know you used the webform but you should attach the refusal letter with LOE ... hope for the best .

Write down Letter of Explanation and upload it asap otherwise you will be admissible for hiding information .
And what would you suggest to write in this letter? How can I explain the fact that I forgot to mention one travel? I didn’t have any particular reason for that. I just forgot, that is all. Thanks

Write down the truth that you forgot to write the one travel history while double checking all the documents you just realised that you haven’t mention one thing on the form and it’s happen unintentionally and do little apologies to them

I don't see the point of attach another LOE inside it. You can simply explain the whole situation in the webform. Well, it works for me at least and CIC informed me they had received and so far so good (this came out from the conversation I had with a lovely agent in the call centre more than A MONTH after this incident)

This is the generic reply they gave to everyone. Everything depends on case analysts or case officer LOE will save you from Review Required.

You missed my point. I did explain for what happened. But I didn't put in the word document and upload it. Instead, I put my explanation on the form directly. Anyways, everybody has different ways of dealing with this matter. Hope you all the best in this.

Cheers
