SA and med req - 27 November
Med done- 10 December and med passed -12 december
File transfer to ndvo -3rdJanuary
Started processing- 9th jan
Bgc started- 5th march
PA -6th March
Decision made for PA- 16 April
Ppr -18 april
Passport submitted at chd vfs-23 april
Passport collected with copr and stamped visa - 26 April

Hi All - how long it takes to get PR card after landing.
It’s been 10 weeks almost 2.5 months for me I still havenot got my PR card.

Wondering anybody in the same boat, CIC website online tool recently changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made".

Linked file still shows "In Process". What am I expecting next and whats the time frame ?

Any help is appreciated... Thank you

ECAS is showing Decision made but when I click on it. It still shows medical received.


Received Oct 12 2018/ OUTLAND
AOR1 - Dec 7
got my spousal approval
medicals are done.
pre - arrival - 5 April.

DM/ PPR - ????

I have the same thing. Don't know when we will get our PPR....I got DM on the 24th April..Dont know when will we get the PPR

My case has taken longest here
I sponsored my wife in November 2016 same time i applied for my own PR Card renewal which went into dreadful secondary review
Received AOR for my wife on dec 2016
She was called for interview after a year in Nov 2017
Post the interview GCMs notes revealed officer kept her file on hold due to my residency case.

I passed my residency in June 2018 and was issued the renewed PR card.
Wife received medical result in March 2019 a good 2.3 years after initial applying.
April 8th she gave her medical
April 12th it changed to pass online.

No biometric request received till now. wondering if people get medical n BIL together, if not what the time difference between the two.

all of Our Fees was paid upfront according to old application system.

Online profile shows
Eligibility under review
Interview line shows interview needed check below for details - this line has not changed even after completed interview in nov 2017
Background check showing we are checking and will msg if we need more information this is as there even before medical request and has not changed
We don’t need biometrics
No Additional Documents required at this point. will inform if this changes.
Also saying final decision is pending

Most cases it is 1 year from the date of medicals but in rare cases if few days left to med expiry they increase med expiry to 1 more year as I read.
