I would like to know that is distance MBA in Banking Investment and Insurance is accepted as a Double Degree or Master’s level of educational when it’s getting evaluated by WES?

WES don't evaluate distance MBA.
ICAS and IQAS assess distance MBA and they provide Masters equivalency. Please refer to their website for more details.
