Hi does anyone knows how much prof i can take to the interview? I have 15 to 1600 pages. It was long distance relation from last 7 yers.

You can take as much proof as you want. However if you take too much, the interviewer may not focus on the strongest pieces of evidence. If you have been long distance for 7 years, then you want to make sure you bring evidence of your visits to see each other in person.
