Thank you... Is that the only way? How about paying for all the penalties then is there a possible of not going back to my country and just apply for a new PR?
No - that’s not possible. You have been in Canada without status for far too long to fix your status from within Canada. You would need to leave Canada and return to your home county and apply for PR from there.
