Dear guys,

I'm already in Canada as a student. I do have a girlfriend back in my country. One week passed and we have no idea how to live without each other next years and months. Unfotnetly, we haven't married, thought we can do it after or later. She's not in the Family form. Do you have any ideas about how we can make it? Apply for a new family form when get married? If so, should we do it back in our country?

I'll be grateful for all the anwers!

Because you two are not married yet, she can apply for a visitor visa.

What else you can advise?
Another option is to get married somehow in your home country. Then she can apply either Spouse OWP directly or visitor visa first then SOWP in-land.

Should I fill the new family form or something? Can I reenter my Canada with my current visa?
You are currently in Canada as an international student. Your visa should be still valid.

Spouses of international students aren't guaranteed a visa/permit. If you get married you can apply but there still a good chace that she can be refused.

It would cost a lot of money for me, do recommend to do this? What are the chances to be successful with that?
