I would be surprised if 20,000 had their application submitted by 12:04...Think about it people submitted applications until 12:08!? (not sure) for 28000. Do you think only about 8000 submitted in those 4 minutes?

I checked the confirmation number and it says I got invited in the first round. I have not received the email yet though.

I am sponsoring my mother.
How do you prove relationship if your birth certificate does not mention mother's name. In old times in my country (India) there used to be no formal birth certificate and education certificate was accepted as birth certificate, However the education certificate only has father's name.

Sorry, I do not have exact times but I applied within 4 minutes so approximately:
Submission Time: 12:04 PM EST
Email Received: 12:32 PM EST
Confirmation received: Today at 12:07 PM

the IRCC shows my confirmation number; but no email yet.....Glad I made it and I submitted at 12:08pm; confirmation email received at 2:21pm. Does that mean all 27,000 are invited? Are they taking all 27,000 and filtering out the ineligibles ones; you do have to pay after this. Have a second round of invites after June 28th if the quota hasn't been filled. If so, I agree with this!

everyone is invited but they will weed out the candidates . They will no accept more than 20k

There is something happening there, all the confirmation numbers I found on the Web were invited, what could that be ?
