To me, it doesn't fit.

Your list of duties sounds more like a customer services rep at a financial services institution. NOC 6551.

Do you have any of the employment requirements listed under 6235?
Employment requirements

  • Completion of secondary school and extensive general banking experience is usually required.
  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma related to commerce or economics may be required.
  • A mutual funds license is usually required.
  • Registration with the securities regulatory authority in the province or territory of employment is usually required.
  • Completion of a loan or credit training program, ranging from six to twelve months, is usually required.
  • Various training programs and courses are offered by the Institute of Canadian Bankers and may be required by employers.
  • Financial services officers who sell regulated financial products and investments are required to be licensed by the appropriate governing body.

The 3 week training is on-the-job training. While your duties do match most of the ones listed under 6235, the lack of any of the employment requirements may be an issue.

I could be wrong though, you may qualify. Your list of duties does mostly match.

OR is there some of the noc duties that I can take off to make it better?

You could take off the marketing related ones.

On further thought, I do think your duties match the NOC. It's just the lack of the Employment Requirements that may be an issue.

What's your academic profile like? Do you have a college degree? In what subject?

I think it's worth applying.

Can you add

Prepare statements on delinquent accounts and forward irreconcilable accounts for collector action
Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay the loan

?

That sounds like stuff you would have done.

Not sure what your religion/nationality has to do with this?

Nothing wrong with copying and pasting as long as it is true. You can paraphrase a little, but it's not like your application will get denied because you copied the NOC description. Many job postings are made the same way, from the NOC description.

The test is whether you actually performed the duties, not whether you copied the description.

Ok then can I just copy paste everything let’s say 70%?

Again, it's not about "copy-paste".

For an application under the CEC, you need to show that you have performed a majority of the lead duties listed in the NOC. You need to prove this to the satisfaction of the IRCC officer.

You can copy the list, but the letter should have a bit more detail that shows that you actually did the job. Your employer may be contacted by IRCC to verify the letter as well.

If you take the lead duties and write them in the form of several paragraphs, you will naturally paraphrase them while staying close enough to the NOC description.
