I hope so too, I've raised CSEs before and this is the first time I've got a response like this.

It definitely shows progress. From the trend on the June thread, their Officer review was completed shortly after the transfer back to CIO Sydney.

I also got the IP2 update on April 16, Eligibility Met just like you, file was in Ottawa but who knows, it could be in Sydney now too. I’ll call tomorrow to confirm.
how???wouldnt they ask for the passport itself to stamp it?...they just ask for these additional things..i wish u r right
I raised a CSE on Monday to enquire the status of my application. I have seen the success message on the portal after submitting the CSE webform online but did not receive any email from CIC stating that a query has been raised and will be answered within 3-5 business days (the generic response that they send after submitting the form). First, I thought that since monday is a holiday in some provinces I did not get any such email but I did not get any such email today as well. Should I raise another CSE or wait for a day or two ?

My wife is primary applicant and I had ordered GCMS notes on Mar-2019 and received same today. Below is what I find in them:

We had mentioned in the LOE at time of document submission that employer 2 for my wife did not provide the letter in required format.
Does above notes mean only problem with employer 2 and everything good with employer 1?
Please advise what should I do in our case

That is a standard response so don't read too much into it. I had received similar response when I knew from my GCMS notes my eligibility is recommended passed.
Just got the email reply for my CSE which reads:

i recieved an email from ircc saying "We verified the information you provided and can confirm that a decision has been made on the application. Rest assured that the responsible office will contact you by mail or email to provide you with that decision." and when i went to log into my account, i saw it said application updated but there was no new messages but it changed to we are reviewing additional documents provided. But i have not provided any additional documents. Nor was i asked. What does this mean?
