How to mention child post-ITA

Hi,
I received ITA on 17 April. When I created my profile, I added my wife as a dependent. I am not sure there was a space or section to add your kids as a dependent. I haven't accepted or denied the ITA yet.

My questions are

1. Where to add my kid as a dependent? Did I miss something while creating a profile.
2. Do we need a medical for 3 years old too?

It would be great if people with kids can answer from their experience.

Is your child your dependent? Yes medical is needed.

Can you also tell me where to add her as a dependent because I couldn't find anything while creating a profile.
