If eligibility is passed, you have crossed the biggest hurdle. I really wouldn't worry too much now. Good news is just around the corner.

got an adr request at like 14 days left now it is 10 days left in the profile . i did suffice the ADR within 24 hrs, but i do not know what is a realistic timeline to expect anymore. What is the general time to process a POF Adr ?

It's good news you received ADR request. That shows your file is being looked at. Just wait for another week, hopefully you will hear good news :)

My AOR is November 20th, 2018. MEP cleared on December 21st, 2018. Also the profile says no additional documents required.

Till date nothing else changed. I ordered GCMS notes on March 14th, 2019. But I haven’t received them yet. I asked GCMS buddy to put my case in priority and they said they’ll do it.

I have to go for a conference in Toronto on May 22nd, 2019. I don’t know whether my PR will come or not by that time. I wanted to ask can i get a Visitors visa for that conference vist? I have the invitation letter from the conference to attend and present my paper. Because my 6 months will complete on May 20th, 2019 so i quit my job on April 15th, 2019. So for Visitors visa I won’t be able to show letter from my organization.
What can I do in this case?

I am really anxious as nothing is moving in my application. Should I wait for the PR or should I apply for Visitors visa and wait.

The usual processing time is 5 months?? Will give an idea as to when I should expect some movement in my application.
