My AOR is 24th November, and got the MEP today. I am residing in USA,when do I expect bio metric letter?

You can expect the letter on Monday. Usually, MEP and Biometrics go together

Either on same day as MEP, or a few weeks later. (like 4-6 weeks).

I received my MEP yesterday and bio metric today morning.However, We have received bio metric letter only for my wife (Primary applicant) and not for myself (accompanying spouse)?

Could you advise if this is normal ?We have paid the total fees of CAD. 2250/- just FYI.

You'll therefore receive it, if it's not now, it will come later.
But what you can do is contact them and ask if the biometrics request was indeed issued for you, and maybe didn't find its way to you yet.
It happens sometimes...
