After so long time to wait, everybody is ready to get these e-mails one by one all day long I guess. Like in the first book/movie about Harry Potter, you know :D
Exactly :D:D Can't believe people are worried they got the mail twice. If that was me, I wouldn't even mind if I got it hundred times. I will be jumping in joy :D:D:D

This is what we have waited so long to see :D:D:D

Seriously, felt like jumping out the window :D:D:D:D

Now only thing that can make this worse is April folks getting PPR before us lol

Is any October 18 AOR still pending to receive the PPR? Sadly I complete 6 months today and there are no signs of progress at all... so worried I am.

I think mainly the analyst wants the visa officer to have a look at the documents and determine if that is sufficient evidence. Most analysts (my guess) expect to see birth certificates as proof and since that was not on your file (s)he just wants officer to have another look.

There are two things in sibling points. 1. Proof of relationship 2. Proof that sibling is currently residing in Canada. Mobile bill is not a "solid proof" of residency and hence probably a reason why analyst mentioned that. In most cases, people provide more than one proof. Driving license is again not a very good proof because a person may have a driving license from Canada but not really living in Canada (I know you provided a recent one and hence the implication that sibling is in Canada recently).

In any case, I think the documents for your sister are better (Mortgage docs) and since you get same points whether you have one sibling or two, you can hold off on providing additional documentation. If the officer decides the "proof of sibling relationship" is sufficient, given the documents you provided for your sister alone should be good enough to get sibling points.

All the best!
@cansha @kaurkaur I am a bit worried now. Would like to hear your inputs on our situation. My husband's sibling did a soft landing in August 2018. She had to leave as she has not resigned from her work and wants to have some more savings before moving to Canada. She plans to move for good by September this year. In the meantime, we got 15 additional points for claiming her in our application and we received our ITA. We applied for our PR in October 2018. The proofs we provided are the following:

Proof of PR/Citizenship of sibling: Copy of front and back of sibling's PR card

Proof of residency in Canada of sibling: Copy of sibling's bank statement

Proof of sibling relationship: Copies of husband's and sibling's passports which show their parents' names + both their birth certificates which also show their parents' names.

Would she have to resign and move right away for our application to be approved?

We ordered the first set of GCMS notes and should be receiving it by mid May.

Thanks.. this group is indeed a strength..Current status is eligibility met, security and criminality not started yet. I called cic on Mon, 16 April.
Hold on. It will hopefully happen soon. Mine is AOR Oct 2nd 2018, CEC. Eligibility met, criminality (passed), security (passed), background check (passed). My medical is currently on review. Despite the fact that i used the same medical result earlier under the FSW class and I passed the medicals then. Although my spouse has a health condition which we declared during the medical exam, and she was even as for a re-medical, and eventually we passed the medical. But my FSW application was refused because i did not have sufficient proof of funds. I applied under the CEC few months after in Oct 2018.
