Visa Office......

@Mansev and @almost_pr , we applied so close to one another. Let's hope we get ours soon. I see that almost_pr ordered GCMS notes and that security hasn't started. What the hell are these people doing?? I wonder why for Express Entry, they are able to do all security and background checks under 6months, but not for QSWP.
Hi Madagascar 1,
Yes in my gcms also security not started, my background checks in progress since June last year. Next week I am completing 20 months, Lets hope and pray for all of us to get good news very soon.

I received the following after 40 months.

Your application is in a queue for final review by an officer.
Please note that the volume of applications received and the complexity of individual applications cab cause processing times to be longer in some cases. This is often due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and we will contact you once processing has finalized.
Hats off to your patience!!! 40 months must be the maximum taken for PR through QSW!!! Do you have an idea why it took double the average processing time?

The only reason that I can think of is that someone decided not to do his/her job and to leave my application for more than 40 months.

Guess what!

On 25th March, I knew through Mr. Ralph’s office that all of my assessments were completed and passed. However, I haven’t received anything till now. Moreover, the dudes in the visa office were bothered by my inquiries and sent me an email complaining and informing me that they can’t provide any updates.

Where are you originally from? Does your name depict a specific religion or political affiliate?

I would like to share the Good news that I received PPR Just Now.

It's been a long journey we started this project for most of us in this forum and requires patience. Surely everyone will receive their PPR and will come and share this joyous moment also. Many people timeline shared has been so helpful in doing ones permutation and to be hopeful that ours will surely comes.
I pray for everyone who are awaiting DM and PPR that the days are closer. Today has been an emotional day for me and my family. Time and effort put in can't be quantified
I wish incoming days brings good news for all and wishing everyone success
