I apply Group 5 sponsorship , everything going well and I have been received E maill from otawa emigration office in Canada , but they emailed me about some forms need to be completed , and they say they going to return all the documents to one of my Sponsors to correct the mistake , but since then we never received any documents through our post office ( postal address of my sponsor) , please can you assist as what went wrong with the document please.
