So hopefully this is all positive.

My husbands application was sent to Mexico some time last year October 2018 I believe. So does this mean that Eastern Caribbean island who's information originally was sent to Mexico visa office will now be sent to Trinidad for final processing?
application was received August 2018 then transferred...

Everyone from the Eastern Caribbean eventually comes back to Trinidad. For example if you had to do an interview they either come to you or you go to them. Don’t think they send you to Mexico for that or send someone from there. It all started when Trinidad had to move from the first location because of the flooding and now they’re at their new location in Trinidad. Sometimes I want to believe that some of the officers are not aware that Trinidad is now in operation again. They are not in sync and there are no consistencies with information.

Yea it’s ridiculous. I emailed my legal representative today and she said to be patient and not to send them an email inquiring about the status of the application. She said everything should be finalized by July/August. I guess they must be very busy or overwhelmed with files

Thank you! My husband is from Trinidad so all of our documents began there and then was moved to Mexico. I'm hoping to continue this pace lol

Its silent for now. My husband is from Grenada. We applied June 14 2018. File was transferred from Sydney to Mexico back in September 2018. Medicals were requested in November 2018. AOR2 was received from mexico in January 2019 and then Mexico sent a letter in February 2019 saying the file is being transferred to Trinidad and I should hear from them in the next 2 months. Since February its been silent. So im hoping for Pre Arrival letter or PPR anyday now.... the waiting continues lol
