**PARIS VISA OFFICE 2018/2019 SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP**

I wasn't able to find a 2018/2019 Paris Visa Office thread for spousal sponsorship so I decided to make one just in case there were people out there like myself who have their spouse's (or their own) application at the Paris Visa office! Our application was just sent there March 8th, 2019 but I would love for this to be a place where people who have their applications in Paris from 2018 and 2019 can come together to give perspective as to their processing times and of course for us to support each other. Here is our timeline to start things off:

PA: Tunisian (Outland)
App Received: Jan 7th, 2019
AOR: Feb 28th, 2019
SA: March 1st, 2019
MR: March 1st. 2019
Background Check: March 4th, 2019
Medical Exam Completed: March 7th
Transfer to Paris: March 8th

Hi my application was sent to Paris on March 8th, 2019 as well.

The only difference between our applications is that I haven't received a background check request. Can you tell me more about it?? What documentation did you hand in?

I also couldn't link the paper application with the online account. I tried few times but failed to link them. But will go back and try again just after finals. This process is increasing my anxiety level!

Oh wow awesome! It is nice to have someone else on the same page! Where is the principal applicant from for you? And if you go into ECAS under the Principal Applicant's side you should see a line stating that they started processing your application on a certain date. That is when they have opened your application in Paris. Also, GCKey should show that your background check is in progress once you link your account. You won't get an email for that. I am sure yours has started as well. Just check ECAS to see when!

Awww I totally understand. This process has put us under so much anxiety because it feels like we are on trial haha but don't worry, it will all work out in time. As long as the officers do their jobs efficiently, hopefully we will have a good news 2019 lol! And to link the account on GCKey I believe I used the application #. For # of applicants put 2. That should work! Please keep me posted and stay calm don't worry. It is all gonna be okay! x

PA is from Libya. and yeah, still no luck with GCKey :\ I am also the representative do you think it has to do with it?
I wanted to hire a representative for us but the immigration consultants (2 of them) looked over the application and told me I'm fine representing my partner because I was so good at preparing the applications. I think they jinxed me!!

Hmm no that shouldn't be it. I am my husband's representative as well and linked. You created an account on GCKey right? Are you typing in the application # including the "F" and putting "2" for the applicants involved. It should link.. but on ECAS you see progress right? thank you! yeah, I tried their recommendations and still no luck.
did you use the Sponsor UCI or the PA UCI? I found his UCI on the Medical request.

SO on ECAS I (the sponsor) use my last name and my UCI and my birthday to access it.

I didn't use UCI. I used the Application number and then I used my details (sponsor and representative).
Maybe try that! Hopefully that will work.
So I used the Application number, my birthday and my last name and my country (Canada).
Let me know if that works!

I tried to send email to Canada twice, They replied me same email twice, only fixed template. I tried to send email to Pairs, I waited almost one month, They did not reply anything. I feel so anxiety now.

Welcome! Unfortunately I am not familiar with OWP as we are applying outland. Are you inland? Was your file received in January as well? For linking on GCKey make sure to put 2 for number of people.
