URGENT !!!

I was granted a study permit and a Visa on 19 July,2013 to study Post-Graduation in Computer Applications Development at Conestoga College of Applied Arts & Technology, Kitchener. I entered Canada on 25 August, 2013 and as the course of study I have chosen was not satisfactory, so I withdrawn my admission from the college and started to choose an other one which fulfill my academic goals, But I couldn't find any on my own. So I came back to India on 31 Dec, 2013. Now I got admission into Lambton college for a program which starts in September, 2014.
I have my Visa valid until 30 Nov, 2014.
Can I enter into Canada with this college admission letter and extend my study permit there in Canada or else do I need to apply again for a Study permit here in India before I leave to Canada?
Do I need to apply for a new Visa ?

Regardless of if they will let you in or not, I would apply for a new Visa/SP. You have done nothing wrong, so I am sure you will get the visa again. You just don't want to have problems down the road

why not go and apply for extension inside canada. The explanation will be given for initial visa and evidence of exiting canada is obvious.
