you can email the email address listed on the site.. no guarentee to get them within 30 days.. you mentioned in other threads that on the site it states that they are experiencing higher than normal requests...

I got mine at 32 days. But I emailed the office and asked for an update.

No. The law in Canada around ATIP is clear. There are just a lot of people requesting information and it takes a while to get the info out.
