Yeah that's confusing. Even my trade is regulated (8232 NOC Oilfield worker). How are we supposed to get the certificates if we're outside Canada? Logically we should get them once we have PR.
I remember seeing before that people were getting the licenses for SINP PNP, which needs 1 year to achieve. I dont know how that is possible in our case, given that the AINP document checklist is not available online and that you're only allowed 30 days to submit your documents.
