Dear members and experts , I would appreciate your guidance on the following issues

I have received ITA and I am filling my details. I worked for employer ABC in July 2017 ( From 3 July to 22 July) I joined employer XYZ on 22 July and completed more than one year with employer XYZ. I am claiming point only for the work done with employer XYZ and therefore employer ABC does not figure in my work history section. In my personal history section, there is an obvious overlap in the month of July .

1.Will it be an issue that I joined XYZ and resigned from ABC on the very same day. Should I clarify in the Letter of Explanation about the overlap of leaving and joining with two employers on the very same day . Would not revealing the same amount to misrepresentation.

2.Also , I don’t have relieving letter from ABC though I did resign by e-mail and thereafter sent the resignation letter by post on 22 July which is also my joining with employer XYZ . Employer ABC declared me as absconding and later in full and final settlement mentioned 22 July as my left date. Would my situation with ABC impact in any way my work experience with XYZ. I have proper documentation with the employer XYZ.

1. Personal History only allows to enter MM/YY date formats. That would be ABC: 07/17-->07/17 and XYZ 07/17 --> End Date.
Not an issue. No need to explain anything here.

2.No impact at all. Your experience with ABC is not in work experience section, so no documents will be required for that. ABC is only in personal history. No issue there either. Again, you won't be given the chance to give the exact days you left/joined a company. You don't have anything to "reveal". Misrepresentation is the voluntary concealment of material information to gain an advantage in securing a visa. None of your situations amounts to that.

First and Foremost , I thank you for taking out time to reply.

So , my personal history section would look something like this
Unemployed :07/17-07/17 ( as I was unemployed for two days in the month of July
employment ABC : 07/17 -07/17
employment XYZ: 07/17 ------

Wouldn't Visa Officer ask for an explanation , should I account for two days of unemployment in 07/17 . I am also filling Schedule A upfront . Please advise

It wouldn't make much sense to have:
Unemployed :07/17-07/17
employment ABC : 07/17 -07/17

Just:
employment ABC : 07/17 -07/17
employment XYZ: 07/17 ------

But Mr.Peacekeeper wont those two days be a gap ? Everyone on this forum is just retirating all the time that one should not leave gaps. Please pardon me if I m asking you the obvious.

You don't have any way to clearly present that period with those 2 days gaps.
Yes normally you shouldn't leave any gaps, but you don't have any gaps with
employment ABC : 07/17 -07/17
employment XYZ: 07/17 ------

If you want, yes you can write it down like this, and explain in LOE to make more sense. Because like this, it's not clear.
Unemployed :07/17-07/17
employment ABC : 07/17 -07/17
employment XYZ: 07/17 ------

I have a problem similar to this one. I absconded from Company A and joined Company B. However, I have now cleared all the process but the end date of Company A is after my joining date of Company B. I spoke to my HR and he said he cannot change it because that's the date present in the system.

What should I do now ? Would be grateful if someone helps.
