hello everyone, I have a work permit from 2017 to Jan 19 2019 I apply for an extension but they refused me because they are looking for a positive LMIA and contact I applied it before my papers expired. my employer, they don't rehire me again so being worried about being overstayed I apply for a visa I can look for a new employer and they grant it and that's is visit visa...now I have a new employer and I have everything that they looking for me before, do you think I can restore my working permit? If not what will gonna happen or what form do I need to take to apply?
