Greetings all
I have a question please that might make me sound paranoid but it is worrying me
In the letter of explanation i did write this statement
"My manager wrote the reference letter while trying to follow the guidelines with regards to the content required by the IRCC"
Is this too much??

What else is in the LOE? Just that line?

No, this is one of the lines in the work experience section.
I wrote it to indicate that my manager tried following the list of required content.
But he didnt include salary details

Are you including pay slips to show salary? You could explain that the Managers letter does not include salary, but you are attaching additional evidence.

Ya i did so. But what I am worried about is the misunderstanding of the phrase "guidelines with regards to the content required by IRCC".
Because I used guidelines instead of rules or instructions

I wouldn't worry. Guidelines is a synonyms of rules/instructions. I think they'll understand.

I really hope so
Thanks

I don’t see any issue with this. Take it easy.
Be confident with your application, check your documents thoroughly and then forget about it. It’s a long wait so no point stressing yourself.
Thanks its just as i said the phrase itself made me worry of how it could be understood. I wrote it with the intent of pointing out that eventho some criteria are missing, there was an attempt to follow all the rules. I hope it isnt an issue
