You need the physical copy of the OWP (should arrive by mail about a week after the online approval) and then you'll be able to get your SIN number at a Service Canada center. You can start working after that

You will have to Wait until you have recieved AOR

I just called immigration, the agent didn’t seem too nice and he said they are currently opening applications received by the end of January, and there is people from February 13th getting AOR. All I wanted to know is if my application Is complete, guess I just have to wait.

Agents from the call center don't have access to much information and usually have the "processing" dates wrong. Follow people on this thread and you'll have a better idea of when you should be getting AOR!

Yes , they will ! I had my WP approved last Thursday and I received my WP by mail today .

I hope applicants from Feb 11 get their OWP approval emails here shortly.. fingers crossed!

I tried to call the CIC about it but I had a nasty agent who refused to check my file for OWP and said I wont get it for another 4-5 months. I almost wanted to tell him to join this community and he would have a better idea than he does at the office he is in hahahah. The way things are going though and based on the exact rotation of people receiving their AoRs to OWPs , it should be this week.
