hi,
I have applied to Canada for a work permit from uae. My consultant is based in canada. So basically they are the one applied for me .
I have got my acceptance letter from cic on December 12, 2018. It’s been 16 weeks but so far I have no response from the consultant or from cic.. please help !!!
I am an Nepali citizen working in Dubai
 
On what basis did you apply for a work permit ? Do you have an employer sponsored LMIA with a job offer ? Are you applying for a permit based on a spouse on a study permit ?

Yes I have LMIA . And I applied for work permit
 
I also applied for work permit from UAE, my agent is in canada as well it was applied on on the 29th of Jan 2019.till now under process
 
I got my special on April 28
I did not had to do any medical and biometric ..
I was waiting then they asked me to submit my passport to vfs.. and that’s it
 
How did you find the job? There are a lot of scams out there. There are bad consultants even in Canada.
