I got my gcms notes yesterday.

My eligiblity is RR, my A11.2 and R75 is appears Met. Actually my husband is Director in same company where I am working as Sr. Accountant. First Bank acc belongs to my husband and Second bank account belongs to me. As we are in same company So we are getting our salaries from same company. But I have claimed experience points from my previousemployment. They have recommended pass to my work experience points
I think case analyst put review mentioning that funds are coming from same employer.
I need advise shall I upload LOE regarding this or I wait.

Thank you. I agree with you every time someone in this forum announces he/she has got the PPR email, we are informed that CIC is still working, and I am happy for them. Having been waiting for 7 and a half months for this special email, I have gone through mixed feelings, and I could not help feeling sad sometimes when I saw someone else with later AOR than mine had got their PPR. Multiple thoughts on why I had not received my PPR yet, etc.
I just think it does no harm to announce my news with the forum a bit later. That's all.

Hey, I'm planning to land in mid May, I submitted my passport last Tue and expected to get it within this week (based on the VFS notification I guess so). We will be staying in Toronto, but we're still looking for accomodation. How about you?

There are two questions they are raising -
1. Transfer of money from same Company name to both your accounts,
2. Your stated salary is way below than what is being deposited (5.5 L and 1.5L), that raises eyebrows.
Though RR for POFs get cleared automatically upon a review, its advisable that you explain the above mentioned situation with a good LOE explaining them the scenario. Try to support it with some additional docs that you have from your employer for both PA and the dependent.

It is my first post here, but I have been a silent follower for a while. I really appreciate your advice with my PR application. Here are my details;
Application category: CEC
AOR: August 7, 2018
Medical passed: August 28, 2018 and since then in IP2
RCMP ADR request: August 28, 2018; uploaded on September 10, 2018
One GCMS notes (February 11): Eligibility - RR; Criminality - passed on January 24, 2019; Security - not started
Primary visa office: CIO Sydney, NS
Raised a few CSEs after six months time, but got generic replies.
As you can see, I am under RR and completed 7.5 months. The reason for RR is Quebec residence. I was living and working in Quebec at the time of my application with a post-graduate open work permit. I am aware that Quebec residence is a problem, but still decided to go through this route since I have intention to leave Quebec. My PGWP expired in November and accordingly, I resigned from my job and moved out of Canada. I raised a CSE in December, and updated the change in address as well as uploaded a replacement LOE (with resignation date). I read in other threads that the visa officer usually asks for letter of intention to leave Quebec in these cases, but this not yet happened with me. My question is - does the visa officer still ask for this letter in my case since I have already updated the address and LOE? Also, in case if it is mandatory to provide this letter, shall I raise a CSE and upload it proactively to expedite the processing (or) wait until they ask it? Please suggest.

can someone explain me the difference between CBSA and CSIS?
does our profile first go to CSIS and once cleared from it gets transferred to CBSA?
in my CBSA notes received it is showing as comprehensive SS with priority normal.

Hi there, I know it might not sound very helpful but please wait for it. It's good that you have no RR, I honestly do not know how to check if an application is under SS, but for my case, I ordered CBSA note and received it after getting my PPR email, security was shown as 'Not started' in the note. Since my application was with Ottawa, I emailed them after passing 6 months and got a reply that my application was in queue for review.
You can try finding email of Visa office Sydney and see what info they can provide you with?
