Hey guys, I also intend to apply for EE under noc 4021, however, I have an issue regarding my profession I’d like to ask you about: I have graduated in Law in 2012, but I have only worked as a lawyer in a few cases. On the other hand, I have been working as an English teacher (NOC 4021) for the last 12 years. I have never graduated in English, which is actually not mandatory for the profession in my country. My question: Do you think I can apply under NOC 4021, even though I have no degree in the field, only the experience? Thank you so much.

Yes you can. You just need to check the roles and responsibilities, if it matches to NOC 4021, you can surely apply.

Ok, so there is a rule for that. If you are applying under FSWP then you are good.

If you are applying under PNP, then you can not.

Yes, I'm applying under Fsw, and I have ways to prove experience on noc 4021, despite having a degree in a different area. Have you seen someone in such a situation? Thanks again.

I have filed many similar PR applications. So you are good, do not worry.
