Please, how can you tell if R10 check is completed?

In my GCMS notes it says R10 Recommended Pass.

Also, when I called IRCC last month, he said initial assessment(R10) was completed on December 17, 2018 and file was transferred to Ottawa CPC

your steps are correct, but you might want to try at a better time. You have a better chance of being put into the call waiting queue if you call them about 8AM CT, they are usually more likely to answer fast during the mornings of Thursday and Friday. I would suggest try a time before 9.30AM CT though.
Also, don't call within the last hour of their closing time, they don't accept new calls into the queue, since the old ones will be processed till they close at 4PM.

Does every application get transferred from Central office to local visal office? Mine was transferred on Feb 20, 2019 and they are doing final review... My 6 month due is Apri 1.

CIC call agent told me to call back if I dont hear till my 6 month time line.

I raised a CSE on Tuesday and it came out as we are still verifying your application. I was surprised and decided to call tonight. Agent said application is still in progress and it has not been approved. She said everything looked good tho. Which is the same thing all the previous agents said. Now I am worried and don't know when PPR will come or what the actual status is as I am getting contradicting information.

Has anyone been in this situation before?
