Hi everyone
I took my exam on Feb 28 and my profile has not been updated to DM. Does it sound normal? I thought it should take no more than couple of days!

thanks
Hi,
yes, it's normal. Somebody gets DM almost immediately while others are waiting days even months.

It has been more than 13 months and still waiting for my test invite.
I have heard that some people are experiencing delays between 2 to 6 months over the usual 12 months processing time due to the office moving from Toronto to Scarborough sometime in July 2018. So there is backlog. Anybody else facing something similar?

Someone please update my below in tracker.

It takes around 3 months for AOR

It depends. If you plan to travel then you should have a valid PR. Otherwise it's fine. Your PR status doesn't depend on the validity of the PR card.

Experts,

Can anyone tell me how to link Citizenship application with GC key? When trying to link my application to GC key, the only options I see in the select category dropdown are : ETA, PR, PR CARD and 2 other. I don't see Citizenship as an option. Am I doing the right way?

Nope, you're not. Citizenship applications are tracked through ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas).

Note that you won't see anything show up there until a few days after you have received your Acknowledgment of Receipt (AOR) email.

Completed 16 months. Still waiting for a test invite. Contacted the local MP, he basically said, we can't help you if no one is dying. In the meanwhile same standard replies from IRCC. GCMS shows everything is "not started" status.

No light at the end of the tunnel.

my application shows Mar 21, 2018 started processing... not a word about Test invite. I sent in my application Jan 9 2018, AOR Feb 19. My friend applied in Nov 2017 and he got his done in 8 months. This is really frustrating. I mean GCMS doesn't really help anyway, but i guess it's good to know for sure that they haven't done anything. I also contacted my lawyer and see if she can give me some insight in current situation at the Scarborough office. My life is kind on hold because of this. How annoying.
