You need to fulfill two basic requirements i.e. your occupation should be in demand in Canada and your minimum points should be 67 that will be calculated under 4 criteria namely; Age, Education, Work experience, and your IELTS score.
So you cannot depend only on your Work experience, there are some more criteria to be met,

You need to score 67/100 minimum for FSW on the Six Selection Criteria
-Age
-Education
-Language (IELTS/CELPIP and.or TEF/TCF)
-Work Experience (Minimum of 1 year of foreign work experience)
-Arranged Employment (if any)
-Adaptability

You don't need to be in a in-demand occupation to be eligible. Unless you're specifically going for a particular PNP stream.

Go to canada.ca .. They have a questionnaire that can suggest you paths for immigrating to Canada based on your answers..
