Finally I got positive reply from one eployeer, after final interview he called me and fix all issues like salary, etc.
he said, he will send me verifiable job offer so that I can submit my documents.
my Question is.
1. How can I check the employer is valid and has right to higher resource from out site of canada.?
2. How can I check the offer is valid and has Government approval.?
3. How shorlty I can get visa if everything goes normal.

I honestly look at every job offer that I haven't interviewed for in person on premises as guilty until proven innocent. OP, black out all ID numbers and other personal info from the letter and upload it.
